1. If the flight delayed within 60 minutes (include), we will wait for 30 minutes + Flight Actual Delay Time, free of charge since the collection time of reservation. If we fail to collect the baggage within the time frame, the customer is deemed to have waived this service and the fee can not be refunded.
航班延誤60分鐘(含)以內,自顧客預訂的寄件時間起算,我方免費等待30分鐘+班機實際延誤的時間。如果時間內我方未能收取到行李,視為顧客放棄本次服務,費用無法退還。
2. If the flight delayed over 60 minutes, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund 100 % of service fee.
If you need to get the refund, We need a prove of cancellation.
Please send us the cancellation notification sent by airlines or OTA.
